Designated DMCA Agent

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on Argumentree.AI infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing the following information as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

1. Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list.
3. Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., direct URL to the content).
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Berlin, Germany if outside the US), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice of a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Argumentree.AI maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
